ARMING IN “EXIT” MODE                                   EXIT is used when the user is away from the  premises

and wants the interior protected (the motion detectors ON).

1. Close all protected doors and windows.
2. Press the EXIT key. Leave.

ARMING IN “STAY” MODE                      STAY is used when the user is inside the premises and

wants protection around the perimeter (the motion

detectors OFF).
1. Close all protected doors and windows.
2. Press the “STAY” key.

DISARMING SYSTEM                                Enter code.

CHANGING USER CODES                               1. Press “*5.”
2. Enter a master code. The “ready” light will flash.
3. Enter the 2-digit user number (example: “03” for user
#3, “52” or user #52).
4. Enter the new 4-digit user code. Note: To delete a

user code, enter * * * * for a 4-digit code.

5. The ready light will flash. If the code is rejected, the
sounder will beep 3 times.
6. If another user code needs to be programmed,
return to step #3.

7. Press the “#” key while the ready light is flashing to

exit the User Code Programming Mode.

BYPASSING ZONES                                   System must be in disarmed state.

1. Press the “BYPASS” key.

2. Enter 1 or 2 digits indicating the zone you wish to

bypass. (Example: Press the “1” key for zone 1,

press “1” then “2” for zone 12.)
3. Press the “BYPASS” key twice.

4. The corresponding zone light will illuminate indicating

the zone has been bypassed. Repeat steps #2 and #3 for

any other zone(s) that need to be bypassed.

5.      Press the “#” key to exit the Bypass Mode. The bypass

light will stop flashing upon exiting the Bypass Mode.

All zones will automatically be unbypassed each time the

system is disarmed.

VIEW ALARM MEMORY                          1. Press “8” “3.” The zone(s) that created the last alarm
will be displayed on the keypad.

2. The ALARM MEMORY feature will flash those zones

that created alarms and will light steady those zones that

were bypassed during the last alarm.


IDENTIFYING TROUBLES

FLASHING ARMED LIGHT                       The armed light will flash when there has been

an alarm during the previous arm cycle.

POWER LIGHT OFF                                                No AC power.

POWER LIGHT FLASHING                                   Low system battery.

FIRE LIGHT FLASHING                            Trouble with fire device or wiring.

ZONE LIGHT FLASHING RAPIDLY       A zone is in a trouble condition.

SERVICE LIGHT IS ON                              Press “*2” for further information (indicated by

zone lights).

Zone 1 – System fault.

Zone 2 – Zone tamper.

Zone 5 – Zone trouble.

Zone 6 – Telephone trouble.

Zone 7 – Dialer failure.

Zone 8 – System lost time.

Enter “#” to exit mode.

ENTER CODE TO SILENCE TROUBLE BEEPS.

ENTER “*7” TO ATTEMPT TO RESET TROUBLES.

ENTER CODE TO CLEAR SERVICE LIGHT AFTER A PHONE TROUBLE HAS BEEN CLEARED.

SET CLOCK                                                  1. Press “*97.”

2. Enter master code.
3. Enter time as 4-digit military time.
