ARMING SYSTEM	Enter access code. If green ready light is on, all zones will be protected. If the green light is off and one or more of the zone lights are on, the zones in violation will not be protected.
INTERIOR ZONES	To arm any zone designated as an interior zone, the interior button must be pressed so the interior light is on before arming.
RESETTING AN ALARM	To reset an alarm, enter an access code. If a 24-hour zone is still active, it will not reset.
BYPASSING A ZONE	Enter the number of the zone you wish to bypass, then press the bypass button and enter a valid code. If the system is already armed, you may still bypass a zone by entering the number of the zone to be bypassed, press the bypass button and enter a valid code. If the system is armed and you wish to know if any zones are bypassed, press the bypass button, and the bypassed zones will flash for 4 seconds.
TROUBLE	If the keypad beeps intermittently, there is a trouble condition. This may be silenced by pressing the mute button twice. To locate the trouble condition, check the status lights.
DOOR CHIME	To activate, press the chime button, and the chime light will come on. To deactivate, press the chime button, and the chime light will go off.
INSTANT/DELAY	To take the delay off on all entry/exit zones, press the delay button, and the delay light will come on. When you disarm the system, the delay will automatically return.
CODE 2	Residential systems or systems not using more than 10 codes may have this programmed. To activate this feature, press the Code 2 button followed by a primary code. The Code 2 LED will turn on. The system may now be armed or disarmed with the secondary code until the system is turned off with a primary code. When the Code 2 button is not on, the secondary code will arm only.
SILENT DURESS	Press the “9” button before entering an access code to summon help without sounding the siren.
CHANGE CODES	Press the digit 6, the test button, and the master code. The Code 2 LED will be on, and the bypass and zone 1 LEDs will be flashing. Press the digit corresponding to the code you want to change, then the test button. The zone light of the code location will go off. Now enter the new code followed by the test button then the mute button. EXAMPLE: To change user code 5 – press the 6, the test button, then the master code. Press the number 5 (the #5 zone light will come on), then press the test button (now the #5 zone light will go off). Now enter the access code followed by the test button then the mute button.
DELETE CODE	Press the digit 6, the test button, and the master code. Press the number of the slot the code you want to delete is in, then test, clear, test, mute, mute.
DIALER TEST	Press the test button then the master code.
